The Goodix proprietary PLT Lite mass production programming scheme enables efficient programming for GR5xx System-on-Chips (SoCs) in mass production, facilitating fast firmware and resource download, parameter configuration, and functionality testing, to ensure optimal product performance and consistency.
The application block diagram for programming with PLT Lite in mass production is shown below. PLT Lite is used for connecting and controlling the device under test (DUT, a PCB equipped with a GR5xx SoC). GRPLT Lite Config Tool is used for programming configuration and configuration information download to PLT Lite via UART.
